Each day will vary in mode and intensity. You should expect dumbbell exercises, agility training, sports drills, flexibility training, and fun exercises that will make the time fly and take your fitness to a new level.

but for the type of movements we are doing, 10 pounds will make your muscles scream!), an exercise mat (or towel), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase your equipment at any Target or sporting goods store and your running shoes at Luke's Locker or Fleet Feet.
