Sami has been training individuals and groups for over 2 years. She has recieved her Associates Degree in Nutrition and is great at advising her clients on the best ways to lose weight safely and effectively while incorporating boot camp into their life. She is a great motivator both by example (she lost 60 pounds herself) and at boot camp. Although she has played sports like soccer and basketball throughout her life, she recently began running marathons.
Sami teaches camp in Friendswood at the Stevenson Park location.
