Additional Directions:
Park in the parking lot around Hermann Circle Drive, across from the Museum. We will meet out in front of the reflection pool across the street from the Sam Houston Statue (shown in the picture). Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for Women, and 10-12 lbs for Men), water and a towel.

Details

The Med Center class at Hermann Park is a co-ed class.

Sessions are 4 weeks long and there are 3 attendance options.
3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $250. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $299. Attendance is Monday - Friday

Session starting on the November 30 is a 3 week holiday blast class for
3 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $190. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $225. Attendance is Monday - Friday


For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
