The Friendswood class at Stevenson Park is a women’s only class.
Sessions are 4 weeks long and there are 3 attendance options.
3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $250. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $299. Attendance is Monday - Friday
Session starting on the 1 st of December is a 3 week holiday blast class for
3 day option - $135. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $180. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $225. Attendance is Monday - Friday
For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional. |
