Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is attendance option. 2 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday Session starting on the November 30 is a 3 week holiday blast class for 2 day option - $115. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
